In the event of a tax mandate, WZM advises clients on all aspects of tax structuring, in particular in the case of transformations, company acquisitions, real estate transactions, inheritance cases, anticipated successions, criminal tax proceedings and tax self-reports (e.g. in connection with income from Austria, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg and Switzerland, also so-called "CD cases"). The main areas of consultancy include the areas of the German Fiscal Code, income tax, corporate income tax, value added tax, inheritance and gift tax, real estate transfer tax, energy tax, customs duties and excise taxes. We conduct objection proceedings for our clients at the tax office and fiscal court actions at the fiscal courts and the Federal Fiscal Court. Wähner is a mediator in the construction industry, specialising in mediations in the field of construction and real estate law and as a dispute solver in proceedings under the Construction ADR such as adjudication, mediation, arbitration, arbitrator's award and conciliation.
