I 907) in their relevant applicable versions and also to the professional and specialist lawyers’ regulations (BORA 2001 and FAO) of the Federal Bar Association (BRAK) dated 22.03.1996 (BRAK Notice 1996, 241) in their relevant applicable versions. On 01.07.2004 the Federal Lawyers’ Regulations (BRAGO) were replaced by the Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz (RVG, Lawyers’ Remuneration Act) in the applicable version dated 05.05.2004 (BGBl. pp. 717, 788).
